Terms and Conditions — Service Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (also referred to as Terms of Service, Service Terms or Service T&Cs) set out the contractual relationship between you and the provider for the supply of services. By making a booking you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Service Terms. These terms explain how bookings are made, how payments are handled, what happens in the event of cancellations, the extent of our liability and obligations relating to environmental controls and waste. They are intended to be clear and fair and to protect both parties while reflecting applicable legal principles in the United Kingdom. These terms apply to all service bookings made via any authorised channel and cover one-off and recurring engagements. They form the basis of the contract between the client and the supplier from the point a booking is accepted. Variations of the main keyword such as terms and conditions of service, terms of engagement and service agreement are used throughout to ensure clarity. Where these Terms conflict with any separate written agreement signed by both parties, the signed agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

1. Booking process
Bookings are made in accordance with the following procedure: clients request a service by submitting required information, including service specifications, location details and preferred dates. We will confirm availability and provide a booking confirmation. A booking is accepted when we issue a confirmation in writing or electronically. The confirmation will set out the service scope, any agreed timescales, pricing and special conditions. Service bookings may be provisional until any required deposit or pre-authorisation has been processed.1.1 Information and Access
Clients must provide accurate information necessary for safe and lawful performance of the service. This includes access instructions, any site hazards, and any relevant permissions required to carry out the work. Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in delay, additional charges, or refusal to perform the service. We reserve the right to refuse access or suspend work where safety or legal compliance is at risk.2. Payments and Pricing
All prices quoted are based on the information available at the time of quotation and are subject to change if the scope of work changes. Payment terms will be set out in your booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in accordance with the specified terms. Charges may include an upfront deposit, stage payments, final balance and any applicable taxes. Where a deposit is required, we will not treat the booking as confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2.1 Accepted payment methods and authorisation
We accept payment via authorised card payments, bank transfer and other electronic methods as stated on the booking documents. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge the total amount due under the booking. If payment cannot be processed on a due date, we may suspend performance of the service until payment is received. Any late payments may attract interest at a reasonable rate, and we reserve the right to recover associated collection costs.2.2 Price adjustments and additional costs
Where additional work, materials or resources are required that were not reasonably foreseen at the time of booking, we will notify you and obtain your consent to any extra charges before proceeding. If such consent cannot be obtained in a timely manner and immediate action is required for safety or compliance reasons, we may proceed and invoice for any reasonable additional costs.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or changes to a booking must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period and the nature of the service. We will set out any applicable cancellation fees in the confirmation. If a client cancels within a short notice period or fails to provide reasonable access, we may charge for wasted time, travel and any other costs incurred. Conversely, we may, on occasion, need to cancel or reschedule for operational reasons; where this occurs we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternatives or refunds where appropriate.
3.1 Refunds and credits
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period. If services have partially been provided, refunds will be pro-rated to reflect the work completed. In cases where non-refundable deposits apply, these will be retained as stated in your booking confirmation. Credits may be offered at our discretion as an alternative to refund where appropriate.4. Liability and Insurance
We carry appropriate levels of liability insurance for the scope of the services provided. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to an amount equal to the fees paid for the particular service giving rise to the claim, except in cases of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence where liability is unlimited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of revenue.4.1 Client responsibilities and indemnity
Clients must ensure that premises and information supplied do not expose service personnel to undue risk. Clients will indemnify us against any claims, losses or liabilities arising from inaccurate, misleading or withheld information, or from breach of any third-party rights. Where our personnel are injured or equipment damaged due to client negligence, the client may be liable for related costs.
